Financial wellness is a relative measure of how well a person manages their financial life. Improving financial wellness is about practicing better money habits, setting goals, and taking steps to achieve them, all with the aim of improving your overall quality of life.

When individuals struggle with managing their finances, it can lead to various negative outcomes, including stress, strain on relationships, and mental health issues. Addressing financial stress and improving financial wellness can have significant positive impacts on individuals, families, and even workplaces.

My Financial Wellness program will give employees the knowledge, tools, and skills to better manage their personal finances. The program is comprehensive covering many topics and areas of discussion. The presentation is designed to be interactive, engaging, and personal for each employee. As with my role as Fiduciary for 401(k) plans, I will give everyone the un-biased advice they seek regarding their personal situation.
