Your employees aren’t an average.

Personal conversations with the people in your retirement plan.

Telling someone to save another $10,000 a year is not useful if they can’t do it. I start with what is possible for that person, then help them understand their next steps.

I meet with people individually, where they work. It gives them room to ask their own questions and talk about the things that might never come up in a group meeting.

Personal illustrations

I show people what they contribute to the plan and what different choices could mean for retirement. We use their situation, rather than a sample person who has nothing in common with them. Projections are illustrations, not guarantees.

An ongoing conversation

I meet with participants initially and on an ongoing basis. Their lives change, their questions change, and the advice needs to keep up.

Regular communication

I send quarterly market updates, market alerts when needed, and reminders about enrolling, saving more, or reviewing an account.

Someone to call

Participants can call, text, or email when they have a problem, a question, or a decision to discuss. As retirement approaches, that conversation becomes especially important.

“They know I’m their 401(k) guy.”

That’s how I want your employees to think of me: someone they know, someone who understands their plan, and someone who is there to help.
